If I manage to achieve my personal best throw, the path to a gold medal will be well within reach," he confidently expressed.

Arshad Nadeem boasts a remarkable achievement from the 2022 Commonwealth Games (CWG) in Birmingham, where he secured a coveted gold medal. 

Now, after a year-long hiatus due to a prolonged injury, he is making a triumphant return to the field.

Reflecting on his comeback, Nadeem emphasized his noteworthy performance in the World Championship held in the US after a year-long break, underscoring his resilience and prowess.

Scheduled to depart for Hungary on August 20, Arshad Nadeem and his coach, Salman Butt, are all set to participate in the prestigious event. 

The javelin throw qualifiers are scheduled for August 25, followed by the highly anticipated final event on August 27.

It's worth noting that this will mark the third appearance of the esteemed Pakistani athlete in the World Athletics Championship, adding to his legacy and commitment to the sport.

The upcoming 19th edition of the World Athletics Championships is poised to take place at the National Athletics Centre in the picturesque city of Budapest, Hungary. 

The event is slated to run from August 19 to August 27, promising thrilling displays of athleticism and determination on the global stage.
